Glitter, Glitter, and More Glitter

Happy Monday!! I have a special card today and wanted to share this wonderful Glittery background.  Yep the Backdrop of this card is Lawn Fawn new Sparkle Card stock - Holiday .  I really LOVE this card stock.  It's thick, easy to die cut, and the glitter does not come off! The sparkle helped me set my scene on this card. I'm using all Lawn Fawn products!  I started using the Scalloped Rectangle Stack-able die set (Using the largest from the set). Next I die cut the Little Picket Fence Border and Road Border to showcase they are in a little neighborhood.  I sponge dauber with Yeti ink on the Road Border on black card stock.  It looks like black ice but safe.  Choosing the Here we Go A-Waddling stamp and coordinating die set. I stamped on 110lbs Neenah Solar White Card Stock.  Copic color all the penguin, bell, and light post.  The sentiment I used "We Wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year".  I heat embossed the sentiment with white powder from WOW produc

Birthday in Yellow

Hello Friends!! To end the week on my birthday, I'm featuring a simple, get to know me card.  I love the color Yellow! It's always been my favorite color.  Selecting the background yellow and the balloon pink, which is my daughter's (she is 2.5 years old) favorite color.  Go figure, once you get to know me, I'm not a pink girl.  When my daughter was born, she has changed everything.  Looking at this beautiful card, it shows how much my life is changing everyday with my kids. Started stamping the single balloon from STAMPtember exclusive Honey Bee on white card stock.  Next mask the balloon to blend Squeezed Lemonade in a circular area for just the balloon and the girl.  On 110lb Neenah solar white paper, stamped the little girl agenda from Mama Elephant. Colored her using Copic markers. The black string is died cut from Lawn Fawn Party Balloon die cuts.  The sentiment from Lawn Fawn stamp set, Happy, Happy, Happy. This card was so much fun to do. Hope you enjoyed th

Sweet Birthday!

Hello Friends!! This is an exciting month because it's MY BIRTHDAY MONTH!!! I'll be sharing today a sweet birthday cards. Starting with the background, the paper is from Peddles Happy Hooray.  I like the colorful circles it looks like balloons floating in the air.  I placed sticker balloons above the critters, giving a 3D look than draw black lines.   I stamped the two critters from Lawn Fawn stamps called Into the Woods and the cupcake from Bake with Love. Colored them using Copic markers. The green paper, the critters are placed is a green card stock using Lawn Fawn stitch hillside. The sentiment from Bake with Love stamp set using black licorice ink pad. This card was so fun to do and great birthday card to give to that special someone. Hope you enjoyed this card! See you next time!

Winter Wonderland

Hello World! WOW October is here! You know what this means, the Holidays are just around the corner.  Right now I'm just trying to get my kiddos Halloween Customs together.  Hope I make it in time for their school Halloween Parade. Today I created a snowy woodland card.  I live in sunny CA I don't get snow in the Bay Area, so making this card gave me a JOY that one day I'll wake up with a snowfall.... maybe. Enough about me...Let's talk about this beautiful card.  All of the stamps and die sets are from Lawn Fawn (just love this company!). Starting with the backdrop, the snowy backdrop die using white Neenah 80lb paper to cut out. On brown cardstock, die cut the Stitched Hillside Landscape Backdrop.  Such a cute set!  I just used the backdrop part to get the hillside.  To give the brown cardstock some snow, I added Yeti ink and using a dopper to tap onto the edges.  Stamped out from the Joy to the Wood set.  Using all Copic colors to the Fox, Chipmunk, and Cardina
